REGISTRATION FEES
Symposium Participation Fee:
• The participation fee for the symposium with papers is 2000 TL. The participation fee is determined by the first author.
• Participation with a paper is 1500TL for graduate students. The participation fee is determined by the first author.
• Persons who will apply to the symposium from the student category must be receiving graduate education on the date of the symposium.
• Participation is free of charge for İstinye University, University of Girona, Near East University, University of Doha Academic and Administrative staff.
• Participation in the symposium as a spectator is free of charge.
• Please make the payment after your abstract is accepted.
• After the fee payment is made, the payment is not refunded for any reason.
• Participation is free of charge for all Deans of the Faculty of Communication, Fine Arts, Art and Design with paper presentation, artwork and workshop proposal.
Exhibition Participation Fee:
• The participation fee for the symposium exhibition is 1500 TL. The participation fee is determined according to the owner of the first work.
• Participation with a work for graduate students is 1000 TL.
• Persons who will apply to the symposium exhibition from the student category must be receiving postgraduate education on the date of the symposium.
• Participation with a work is free for the Academic and Administrative staff of İstinye University, University of Girona, Near East University.
• Please make the payment after your work is accepted.
• After the fee payment is made, the payment is not refunded for any reason.
• Participation is free of charge for all Deans of the Faculty of Communication, Fine Arts, Art and Design with paper presentation, artwork and workshop proposal.
Workshop Participation Fee:
• Participation fee for the symposium as workshop coordinator is 1500 TL.
• Conducting a workshop for graduate students is 1000 TL.
• Participation in the workshops as a student is free of charge. However, pre-registration is required as places are limited.
• Those who will apply from the student category as the workshop coordinator must be receiving postgraduate education at the date of the symposium.
• Conducting a workshop for the Academic and Administrative staff of İstinye University, University of Girona, Near East University is free of charge.
• Participation in the workshop as a spectator is free of charge.
• Please make the payment after your workshop proposal is accepted.
• After the fee payment is made, the payment is not refunded for any reason.
• Participation is free of charge for all Deans of the Faculty of Communication, Fine Arts, Art and Design with paper presentation, artwork and workshop proposal.

Registration Fee for Near East University Academic and Administrative Staff and Students: 0 TL
Registration Fee for all Deans of Faculty of Communication, Fine Arts, Art and Design: 0 TL
Symposium registration fee for 6 or more participants from the same university is full 1500 TL, student 1000 TL.
Exhibition participation and workshop organisation fee for the participation of 6 or more people from the same university is full 1000 TL, student 800 TL.
Fees are charged per paper. An author can participate with a maximum of 2 papers.
There is no fee for those who want to have their presentations published in the proceedings book.
Participation is free of charge for all Deans of the Faculty of Communication, Fine Arts, Art and Design with paper presentation, artwork and workshop proposal.
