REGISTRATION FEES
Symposium Participation Fee:
• The participation fee for the symposium with papers is 1000 TL. The participation fee is determined by the first author.
• Participation is free of charge for participants who reside in 11 provinces affected by the 6 February Kahramanmaraş earthquake (Adana, Adıyaman, Diyarbakır, Gaziantep, Hatay, Kahramanmaraş, Kilis, Malatya, Osmaniye, Şanlıurfa, Elazığ) and work as lecturers at universities in these provinces.
• Participation with a paper is free for graduate students is 500 TL. The participation fee is determined by the first author.
• Persons who will apply to the symposium from the student category must be receiving graduate education on the date of the symposium.
• Participation is free of charge for İstinye University Academic and Administrative staff.
• Participation in the symposium as a spectator is free of charge.
• Please make the payment after your abstract is accepted.
• After the fee payment is made, the payment is not refunded for any reason.
Exhibition Participation Fee:
• The participation fee for the symposium exhibition is 500 TL. The participation fee is determined according to the owner of the first work.
• Participation with a work is free of charge for participants who reside in 11 provinces (Adana, Adıyaman, Diyarbakır, Gaziantep, Hatay, Kahramanmaraş, Kilis, Malatya, Osmaniye, Şanlıurfa, Elazığ) affected by the 6 February Kahramanmaraş earthquake and who work as instructors at universities in these provinces.
• Participation with a work for graduate students is 250 TL.
• Persons who will apply to the symposium exhibition from the student category must be receiving postgraduate education on the date of the symposium.
• Participation with a work is free for the Academic and Administrative staff of Istinye University.
• Please make the payment after your work is accepted.
• After the fee payment is made, the payment is not refunded for any reason.
Workshop Participation Fee:
• Participation fee for the symposium as workshop coordinator is 500 TL.
• Conducting a workshop is free of charge for participants who reside in 11 provinces affected by the 6 February Kahramanmaraş earthquake (Adana, Adıyaman, Diyarbakır, Gaziantep, Hatay, Kahramanmaraş, Kilis, Malatya, Osmaniye, Şanlıurfa, Elazığ) and work as lecturers at universities in these provinces.
• Conducting a workshop for graduate students is 250 TL.
• Participation in the workshops as a student is free of charge. However, pre-registration is required as places are limited.
• Those who will apply from the student category as the workshop coordinator must be receiving postgraduate education at the date of the symposium.
• Conducting a workshop for the Academic and Administrative staff of Istinye University is free of charge. Conducting the second workshop is paid.
• Participation in the workshop as a spectator is free of charge.
• Please make the payment after your workshop proposal is accepted.
• After the fee payment is made, the payment is not refunded for any reason.
